Dreamer's
Dictionary (Mass Market Paperback) by Stearn Robinson
It has already predicted some events in my life...AMAZING! The
book is very informative, and teaches you how to analyze your
dreams (dreams that you have don't mean anything if you have overeaten,
or are emotionaly distraught, for example)I am enjoying this book,
and I reccomend it to anyone that wants to learn more about theur
dreams. Do not take them at face value! They all mean something!
almost anything you could dream about is included in the book.
I purchased the first book years ago. I purchased the second book
in December to replace the worn book that I had. This is the most
accurate of all dream books. Well worth the money.

The Interpretation
of Dreams (Mass Market Paperback) by Sigmund Freud
Whether we love or hate Sigmund Freud, we all have to admit that
he revolutionized the way we think about ourselves. Much of this
revolution can be traced to The Interpretation of Dreams, the
turn-of-the-century tour de force that outlined his theory of
unconscious forces in the context of dream analysis. Introducing
the id, the superego, and their problem child, the ego, Freud
advanced scientific understanding of the mind immeasurably by
exposing motivations normally invisible to our consciousness.
While there's no question that his own biases and neuroses influenced
his observations, the details are less important than the paradigm
shift as a whole. After Freud, our interior lives became richer
and vastly more mysterious.

In Your Dreams:
The Ultimate Dream Dictionary (Paperback) by Mary Summer Rain
This is the most comprehensive dictionary of dream symbols that
I have found....and I've looked through many books on dream symbology.
After cross referencing some of the symbols with other books on
the subject, in my opinion Mary Summer Rain offers the most intuitive
interpretation of dream symbols. I always keep this book at the
ready when awakening from the dream state in order to better understand
not only the subconscious but also to guide me in the awakened
state. .

The Complete
Dream Book: Discover What Your Dreams Tell About You and Your
Life (Complete Dream Book) (Paperback) by Gillian Holloway
The average person will dream over 150,000 dreams in a lifetime.
Most dream interpretations are based on folklore or psychology.
The Complete Dream Book is based on the real-life interpretation
of modern dreams. Dr. Holloway has compiled a database of 18,000
dreams and uses the information about the dreamers to show how
certain dreams are likely to recur during certain life phases,
at different ages or when people are going through particular
experiences (such as leaving home for the first time, changing
jobs, getting married). She catalogues the most common recurring
dreams and explains many dream symbols and their meanings, such
as cars, houses, sexual imagery and colors.
The Complete Dream Book is focused on the self-awareness that
understanding your dreams can provide, and the interpretations
are accessible, clear and pragmatic. The reader will also find
out how to tell if a dream is worth interpreting, whether the
interpretation is the right one and how to embrace the psychic
elements in dreams.
